Billing and your trial¶

Shelf & Shaker is $24.99 a year per account, which covers up to 10 bars and unlimited hosts and guests. Guests never pay: a free login is all they need.

• Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No card needed.
• To keep going after the trial, an owner opens Me → Billing and adds a card. Stripe handles payment securely, and you're charged when the trial ends.
• Manage billing opens Stripe's portal, where you can change your card, download invoices or cancel.

If a trial or subscription ends, your bars become read-only until you subscribe again, and guest passes stop working. Nothing is deleted straight away, but if 90 days pass without renewing, we may remove the account's data.

Deleting an account¶

An owner can delete the whole account from the bottom of Hosts & guests: every bar, party and guest pass goes, for everyone in it. Any subscription is cancelled at once, without a refund for unused time. Your login stays.

To delete your own login, open Me → Delete my login. If you're the only owner of an account, that account is deleted with it; make another host an owner first to keep it.
